What happens when a recording goes wrong

Most shoots go fine. These are the rules for the ones that do not — written before you need them.

Before the shoot

  • · Both sides confirm date, time, city and language in the episode plan.
  • · A tech check is logged: camera, mic, lighting, internet and backup power.
  • · Clip rights, sponsor mentions and no-go topics are written down.

On the day

  • · Arriving more than 15 minutes late is recorded on the reliability score.
  • · Either side can end a recording if the agreed no-go topics are pushed.
  • · Studio damage or overtime is settled through the studio's published terms.

After the shoot

  • · Clips must be delivered inside the agreed window; delays are logged.
  • · Both sides mark the episode complete, then reviews open on each profile.
  • · Either side can report an issue for human review within 30 days.

What happens if the other side does not show up?

Report the no-show from the collaboration thread. Their reliability score drops, and repeat no-shows are removed from the marketplace.

Who owns the clips?

Clip rights are agreed inside the episode plan before the shoot. By default the host owns the full episode and the guest gets rights to reuse clips from their own answers.

Can I cancel a confirmed recording?

Yes, but cancellations inside 48 hours of the slot are recorded on your profile and studio deposits follow the studio's published terms.

How do I report someone?

Every profile and collaboration thread has a report action. Reports are reviewed by a person, not a bot, and we reply within two working days.
