The matching engine
Scored matches, guided shoots, shipped episodes
A match score is only useful if the episode actually gets recorded. So we score the fit, then walk both sides through every step until the video is live.
01
Build a signal profile
Hosts add show format, camera setup, audience city-mix and open slots. Guests add topics, languages, clips and comfort on camera.
02
Get a match score, not a cold DM
We score audience overlap, language fit, topic depth and recording setup — so a Tamil design show never gets a Hindi crypto pitch.
03
Lock the shoot, ship the episode
One thread for date, IST slot, studio address or remote link, tech check, question brief, consent and clip rights. Then a launch kit for both sides.
If you host a show
- Show format, episode length and camera count
- Audience city and language mix from your analytics
- Open recording slots for the next 60 days
- Clip rights and sponsor exclusivity you need
If you want to be a guest
- Three topics you can hold for 60 minutes
- Languages you are fluent on camera in
- Your setup: studio, home 1080p, or willing to travel
- One sample clip so hosts hear you before booking
What we score
Audience overlap, language fit, topic depth, recording setup parity, timezone and city logistics, and past reliability on Podcaster Booth.
What we refuse
Paid-review pitches, PR blast lists, and guests who cannot show one minute of themselves on camera. Trust is the product.
What it costs
Listing is free for hosts and guests. Podcaster Booth earns a flat fee only on paid appearances and studio bookings, released after the episode is live.
